Challenge

Redbay Boats builds some of the most capable rigid inflatable boats on the market. Their Stormforce range spans leisure and commercial use, from weekend adventures to serious offshore work. The brand needed to reflect that capability honestly. Not lifestyle aspiration or weekend glamour, something more grounded and true. The identity of a boat built for people who actually go to sea, whatever the conditions.

Identity

We knew we had to find the line that separated Redbay from every other RIB manufacturer trying to sell the dream. The answer was not about aspiration. It was about necessity. When you must go to sea is a positioning built on seriousness: the coastguard crew, the offshore worker, the skipper who does not get to choose the weather. It gives the brand authority with the people who matter most, and a magnetic quality for everyone else who wants to feel part of that world.

Visual identity

A full rebrand built around the parity between raw capability and considered craft. The visual identity, typography and tone of voice all carry the same character: no-nonsense, dependable, built to last. The Stormforce name earns its weight. Every design decision reflects a brand that understands the sea is not always kind — and builds accordingly.

Digital

A full Shopify build that brought the rebrand to life online. Showcasing the leisure and commercial range, supporting enquiries across a complex product catalogue and giving the Redbay team the tools to manage content and launches independently. Fast, clean and built for a brand that takes performance seriously on the water and on the screen.

Outcome

A brand as serious as the boats it represents and a digital platform that gives Redbay the presence to compete at the top of the RIB market worldwide.
