Account Director

What’s your role?

Account Director and possibly the bossiest member of our team. I work across most agency projects, liaising between clients and our creative team ensuring that each project delivers on the client brief and to agreed timescales and budget. I also manage video and TV production, print procurement, media buying and our studio production schedules.

Outline your experience

Since graduating from Heriot Watt university in 2003, I have worked in Account Management in advertising agencies Ardmore, AV Browne and RLA. My agency experience has allowed me to work across a wide range of high profile client accounts including The Army, BT, National Trust, Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau, Kia Motors, Volvo and Honda. I also hold the Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Postgraduate Diploma.

What makes you different?

I will always try my best for clients. I like to think that I get on well with clients and my colleagues, that I don’t get easily stressed and I am good at multi-tasking. I really do enjoy my job.

When you’re not at work, where might we find you?

I am a mum to two young children so I am usually running around after them and enjoying family time. Life is pretty hectic so wine, chocolate and shopping are my vices (and in that order).
